So...we're all going to lock ourselves in the bathroom with no phones, laptops, tablets, etc.?
Seriously, if they want to "fight back" then what they should convince everyone to do is generate even MORE data. If we all generate so much junk, it'll be like trying to observe a single drop of water in a raging river. It just won't be possible and will make all such surveillance programs useless.
