I Already Won a Bid To A Similar Item On Ebay, And I Want To Cancel My Bid From The Other Item (Which Im Still Winning So Far) How Do I Stop It ?

You have to ask the seller to cancel it off for you. They might say no. If you win and don't pay you'll get a non paying bidder strike and that might cause you problems with buying later on. Most sellers won't deal with buyers who have unpaid bidder strikes. It's best not to bid in the first place.
