I am looking for a free site to test my DSL peed, or even a free Google Chrome app that does this. Thanks! Also, this needs to be in KBPS.

There are hundreds if not thousands and they are all free. And everyone who answers this will tell you a different one. Or you can use Google.

Check out speedtest.net just make sure you choose a server that is close to you.
