Geez really, there are escort listing you can read through for free, other than that there's no guaranteed lay. Hook-up sites typically have way more male members, you can assume that some females are faked or paid participants stringing along a bunch of guys.

You are never guaranteed a lay (even if the website says so). There are tons of hookup websites but they are mostly male members and the women are not always what they seem. I know because at 13 (years and years ago) I and my sister signed up as "twins" with a fake picture and said we were 22 to see if people would hit us up just for the hell of it.
If all you want is sex go to a bar and hit on people. Hire a hooker, that is guaranteed. Online places are for honey men, sluty women looking for money or presents for sex, and online dating that is real dating that you pay for.
