I used one of those tweet eraser things without knowing that it wouldn't fully erase my tweet count. I have zero tweets but my tweet count still says I have around 5,000. Is there anyway to reset this??

I used tweetdelete.net this morning and my tweets are disappearing, the number of tweets are of course the same. And my TL says that i have no tweets when looking on a computer. However on my phone older tweets are showing up and i can delete them. I tried to "test tweet" and it shows on my phone but doesnt show online or from any other persons twitter account. Has anyone else experienced this? And how long will it be before i can tweet again and actually see it????
