Recently, I upgraded Internet Explorer 11 from a previous edition. This new version of the IE browser is unstable. It constantly closes and reopens web pages for unknown reasons. When I tried to download my previous stable version of IE, I got a message that I already had the latest version of IE and would not allow the download. What can I do to make IE ll more stable or return to IE 10?
