Google Chrome video pages become unresponsive? - Donna - 04-08-2014 08:07 PM
Hi,
Every time I try to watch Netflix or Amazon Instant Video on my laptop (Macbook 10.8.5) using Google Chrome, I get a message saying that the video player page has become unresponsive and Chrome asks if I want to "kill" the page. I thought it was my wi-fi, but I switched locations and the same thing happened so I know it's my computer. Does anyone know what's going on or how I can fix it?

Make sure Google Chrome is up to date.
