I'm getting into the headshop business and I'm starting an online site can I send waterpipes to states? - lax11 - 04-08-2014 08:08 PM

People are telling me that I can't send vaporizers and waterpipes to other states because there laws are different but there are other websites that send there stuff everywhere. Someone please help me!!

I'm not sure what has changed since Tommy Chong got jailed for that, of course he was picked out to be an example.

this is untrue because waterpipes are for tobacco, and vaporizers are for herbal remedies. there are no laws against those things so why would there be laws against the tools used to smoke them. the only time these items would become illegal is if there was a resin of an illegal substance in them
