Actually I want to know whether job profile of a call center worker and seo worker is same. I mean most of them have night shifts. I just want to know what they exactly do and whether their jobs are similar.

At least a a call center you make minimum wage.

Hi Ashu,
SEO by no means can be compared to a call center of data entry job. If you are mistaking because of the night shifts of the SEO employees please note that they may have to work according to US time.
The date entry operator usually have to do the similar set of repeated tasks. Whereas an SEO when works as a link builder, will have to visit number of new sites and determine the appropriate place to submit link there. This requires study and research work.
As you make progress in SEO domain and are promoted as a team leader or SEO manager your responsibility increase and you have to be more studious, careful and evolve as a strategy planner to succeed. It is not a job of a data entry operator.

Is question regarding time shifting then it would be similar in some cases. It's depends on company's. working hours.
if you would like to know the key responsibilities then it's totally different.

No way.
SEO is nothing compared to a call center job.
I have never heard of seo jobs being night shifts only If i am doing a freelance or working from home.
I think you are talking of data entry jobs that help SEO or some way related to SEO. I wouldn't call that job SEO.
Or if you are working for a company that has a different time zone then maybe. But it still wont be anything like a call center!
