Ok so after 5 months, someone donated to the server while it had been down for 5months. Today I restarted the server and have lost many players. Could you tell me a good place to advertise my server?

Advertising like this is annoying for other players and might not attract them but here are a ways i think might work,
- Youtube comments
- Minecraft forums advertising section
- Forum signatures
- Friends telling other frieds
- Twitter , if you have enough followers
- Make a youtube video of you'r server to advertise
