is orbot TOR mobile anonymous? - Jonathan - 04-08-2014 08:10 PM Is it really? Ples not dumb answers thank you - SteveO - 04-08-2014 08:18 PM TOR isn't really anonymous to be honest. Yeah, it reroutes you around a ton of different nodes making it hard to track, but if someone can figure out your exit node, they could track you back to your computer's IP address. - TEX4S - 04-08-2014 08:21 PM Honestly it depends on what you are doing -- Look at it like this - if you are just paranoid and think people really care about you - and are watching you then yes its anon - because nobody cares enough to go through the legwork to find you. If you attempt to hack the DoD - then NO its not anon - but if you were able to do this, you wouldnt be asking. I am guessing you dont know much about computers, and want to do something and not get caught - You are the biggest security risk - just like in computer security (anti-virus) the user is the biggest risk (AKA stupidity) |
