So I need to find someones profile on facebook, They sent me a picture url. Is there a way to find their profile?

yes. suppose this is a photo id "https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=469346583178313&id=243561175756856&set=a.246127098833597.51018.243561175756856&source=46&refid=17"
here 243561175756856 is a profile id jst remove everything & write this as your URL "www.facebook.com/243561175756856" and hit enter.
