I get really embarrassed when I speak with women and I thought that maybe on an adult web cam chat room I could interact with a woman and get better at it, but I don't; think I can bring myself to actually speaking with her. Do I have to?

You don't need to speak at all on an adult web cam chat room. You can just type, if this is easier for you, or you can even inform the host that you don't want to speak (either by typing in the chat window, by audio or even with an email message) and then she will take charge and won't expect you to communicate.
