Does the music app Spotify only work over an internet connection on an iPhone 5s devise, because I cant seem to get it to play music?

You do still need internet connection yes, but if you play Spotify on anything other than a laptop, you need to have Spotify Premium, which you have to pay monthly for.

Yes, it requires an internet connection. The music will not play if there is no internet available.

Yeah it only works with an internet connection. I loved Spotify until I found that out hahah

I used Spotify b4. You need a connection to stream the songs but you can then listen to those songs anywhere without a connection. Hope this helps.
