My mate hacked my account and spammed loads of rubbish about me to someone, i deleted them all before the person came online but does it mean she can't see them because surely it would be in her messages feed or something?

unfortunately she can see them; in twitter you can have a private chat but both of the people in conversation can delete either of their messsages
