I have a 7.0 Samsung Tablet and it uploads photos easily and often. I tried to upload a video on many occasions and it gets stuck on the 'Pick a cover' page and Instagram crashes then closes without uploading. This is becoming just a tad irritating as I need to upload a video. Instagram seems to have no help online about this so thank you very much for any help. Please reply ASAP
Deleting and Reinstalling the app didn't help unfortunately.

i've had the same problem on my htc one. What worked for me was deleting the app and reinstalling it.
