ok so i went on ebay to buy a logitech driving force pro and it said used i look and look it seemed good and he had a 14 day policy, so i buy it and the pedals were not working propertly so i ask for refund and he gave it to me and i have to ship it between now and 15 days and he sends me a email telling me i can keep the item and refund but, can i? or he is just tricking me to wait time so he gets the refund after those 15 day ,will the refund be given to him?

If you have the address, return it to the seller by mail. Don't risk foul play!
