How to hide that you own a Facebook page? - Rebel Strong - 10-15-2012 08:44 PM

I created a page, and I was wondering if there is any way that people can't tell if you own a certain Facebook page. I don't like the idea of people going to the About page and finding my personal profile. So is there any way to hide this?

The only way people will know you have a page is if you tell them. The about section of a page is designed for you to revise the content to say whatever you want it to say. Go to this link as an example:
http://www.facebook.com/corporatesnobs. Click on the about page. Notice all the information is about the company. No person is related to this page at all.

In order to edit the About section, do the following:
Go to your page
click on "About"
You should now see sections, like, mission, company overview, etc.
Hover over these sections and the edit tab will appear to the top right of each section.
Click edit, then put your own content here.
Once done, save.

I hope this helps!
