ı don't have any apple product nor an apple ID. i recieved this e-mail from do_not_reply@apple.com today :
Dear client(e),
Your Apple ID, was just used to purchase "We Can't Stop" by Miley Cyrus from the iTunes Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID.
This purchase was initiated from thailand.
If you made this purchase, you can disregard this email. It was only sent to alert you in case you did not make the purchase yourself, we recommend that you go to update.apple.com and reset your informations then change your password.
N.B: you must know that if you don't reset your account, the person can make
other orders with it.

Is isn't asking for your password or to buy goods, So I thing it is not fake. You should check if the email address really belongs to the apple

I received that same one, I don't have a credit card attached to my itunes acc so they couldn't purchase anything, hope its just spam.

Just log in to the iTunes store and check to see if any purchases were made that you did not initiate. If so, I would suggest you change your iTunes store password.

As it says, it you were in Thailand and made a purchase, ignore the email. If not follow the instructions.

I received the exact same email.
The probability that someone steals accounts to buy a song by Miley Cirus hundreds of times being very low (or maybe he really loves that song), it must be spam/phishing.
Plus, gmail gives me a red flag on this email...
Plus, the NB part sounds weird and is in bad writing.
