Hi everyone, I'm busy creating a website where anyone and everyone can write stories, poems, songs and much more and we'll post them for free. Now my question is, is there any sites out there where I can promote my website for free?? Like advertise for free or do a post with my website's details. Please help. Thanks

Participating in related sites would be the best opportunity to get related links, that doesn't sound like a very profitable venture, and like any web site idea, there are plenty of others already established, making if more difficult for you to get a following. You may have to carve out a specialized niche to distinguish your site.
