Does anyone know a site like Craigs List where I can submit ads but where you can narrow down the area more. I can't find my area on there.

Newspapers have online classified ads that come up in searches now and then, that may be your best bet. Overexposure doesn't hurry when Craigslist people from the right county see the ad, you can just state it's for your city only.
