I'm trying to post some pictures in a Facebook group that I'm part of, but I don't the pictures I've posted to appear on mine, or my friend's newsfeed.
Is there any way to stop this?

Click on the little drop down arrow, and set to "Me Only"

You Can Not Stop This Everything you Do Goes on Facebook News Feed if there Is a Specific Person you Dont Want to See It Than Add That Person to the Restricted List
