that's my page me and my friend are trying to promote and we are getting some likes but really slow like 1 a week if we are lucky we just wanted to know how we can promote it faster it's an E news page by the way so any help?? and we don't want to spend any money lol

You can use Facebook paid advertising, it's cheaper when going to a Fan page. After you get 25 likes you can create a short custom URL (without the digits)
You should look into iFrames for a more fancy look, there's also a free app which shows rss feeds in your page, an easy way to keep up to date.
You can leave links on related groups or pages you have joined.
You can game Facebook with many services offering paid likes from 3rd world people and fake accounts. I have seen micro task sites costing $0.13 each for international and $0.40 for U.S. members.

you can take facebook advertisting to get fans
it will roughly cost 10-20 cents for a single fan
once you generate 200-300 fans, it will spread virally
you should put content everyday and try and engage users into it

facebook advertising is one it's cheap too but apparently you don't want to spend any money so what i can advise you do is get all your friends to help you promote it also get someone "popular" some with over 2000 friends or so to and make him/her an admin that should also boost your page, you also gotta target those that are interested in entertainment news "birds of a feather flock together" so if u get 100 ppl who like e news to like it then they would more likely "like" ur statuses and pics that will then appear or their friends home page so they would check out the page and like it the cycle would reoccur again again once you target the right audiences but it's not as simple as it seems you'll have to work hard at the start promoting you gotta get your name out there, once you put in the hard work the rewards wold start coming in.

try advertising in facebook by ads
or try some gigs from fiverr or from jobisite.com
