Chrome does not have a compatibility mode like IE, it should automatically work, but if you still want the IE tab look you can download the IE Tab Extension for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ie-tab/hehijbfgiekmjfkfjpbkbammjbdenadd

If you are refering to being able to view IE specific web content within chrome it requires the below plugin.

Install a "IE Tab" extension in Google chrome for show your webpage as like in ie.
