Do you answer Captchas truthfully? - John W - 04-08-2014 08:22 PM

I was quite diligent with captchas, even changing the ancient s's which look like f's to us for example an old text would say "fenfe" but it's really just "sense" in old characters. But the computer generated portions are now becoming quit ridiculous so I've taking to intentionally entering the wrong word for the optical scanning side of the captcha. I wonder if anyone else is doing the same.
That was "quite" not "quit".
Edit @ Fred, Captcha's are in two sections, one is a distorted image that they know what the contents are, that's the test to see if your human, the rest is a optical screen capture that computers can't figure out easily and is the extra work they get from you. You can answer the second part wrong and the response would still be accepted. Try it sometime.

Hello

Do you answer Captchas truthfully? Yes.

- Fred - 04-08-2014 08:40 PM

If you do not enter the correct letters for captcha it will NOT accept your input. So this question is total nonsense.
