My parents need a desktop computer and compatible monitor that can support HD viewing and basic browsing. They do not have any social media or devices to connect to. They don't have any games or programs that require high end graphics. They would prefer a smaller case if possible. I have been searching for hours and any consulting I've done always steers them to a computer that is more than what they need. They just need a very basic computer that they can use for several years. Any suggestions?

Something like this it has Intel Graphics so there is the option to add a dedicated GPU.
