Hiya,
I want to buy a smart phone where I can use the facebook app without everyone seeing that I am online and on chat. Sometimes I want to just sign in very quickly to get one piece of info, but then people start talking to me. I don't want it showing that I'm available to chat, NEED to be able to switch this feature off like you can do on a normal computer!!
I currently have the Samsung Genio Touch and when you sign into facebook, that's it - everyone can see you're online. It drives me nuts because sometimes I will be trying to reply to an important message and bored people just start messaging me, and then get mad when I don't reply.
What phones have the option of switching chat off? And what phones don't have this option? If you could share your own experiences that would be great, thanks
