I would like to start a review blog, mainly for video games and movies. I am not looking to make money off of it, just looking to make reviews that people can easily find and enjoy, Thanks in advance!

If you are talking about platforms to use then I suggest either blogger or tumblr will do.

I would recommend Movie-Blogger.com. It is a movie review community website where people write movie reviews and blog about movies. It is a great place full of awesome people. It would also give you a ready made audience of people ready to read your reviews.

I don't write a review blog. My blog focuses on fiction http://furtherintofiction.blogspot.com. But Blogger and word-press are great sites for any sort of blog.
