I bought 8 iphones from ebay for 5$ but in the end sell wrote

I paid with temporary PayPal acc and if I want to get my money back then are saying me to sign up and I don't want to do that..

But to answer your question you where conned and you should look on the ebay contact and support page and call them up and explain what happened.
