internet explorer crashes time after time? - cruiser - 04-08-2014 08:27 PM

I run windows 32 bit premium.
I have internet explorer and google chrome as search engines.
every single time I use IE now it crashes and says internet explorer has stopped working. it then closes the program just about any time I use it. I can't write a thing.
please don't tell me to not use it and I've already tried to uninstall the newest version.
I don't know what to do, can someone help?

I think there is a virus taking all your Random access memory (RAM)
So, try cleaning the viruses first.

Install this and scan you PC once

Have you tried reinstalling the newest version? Along with cleaning out internet cache? Also I would run a quick scan with malwarebytes. You might be infected with spyware.

When I used to use IE and I had problems like you I would use the
Microsoft Fix-it program.
http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/

1. click on IE icon
2. click on Fix performance, page display, errors or crashes
and on side window click on crashes and errors.
3. click on the first green tab: Run now.

Hopefully this will help resolve your IE issues.

IE and Chrome are NOT search engines, they are browsers, and you still use IE!

The next option is to download and run Firefox and see if things change. If not, you have a virus of some sort, so clean it up and stop using IE.
