Hi all, I am 20 years old and I am looking to open my own company, I have done research which has led me to decide to open a small call centre for cold calling with leads from company's on energy servicing. I have found a property I am happy with but I can't seem to find where I would start?? I have been ok'd a business loan to start me off but with lisensing and everything I would love someone with experience to let me know the step by step for this!

Make sure you have studied how to run a business and the other important factors such as BRANDING and MARKETING... Don't start before you know your sources of marketing and make sure you create a brand!

Have a look for enterprise agencies or business link in your area to get some (mostly free) business advice.
