I have been looking. To get Internet service at home. For a reasonable price. Without paying for the phone service. And Internet service together. The only way I would be able to. Is by getting the magic jack plus. A wireless router. A cell or mobile phone service. Would there be any other way. I would be able getting Internet service at home?

My phone company lets me get internet DSL without an extra phone charge. You can get just internet over phone lines for about $30 a month. Call; your phone company and see what they do and how much. Maybe you could switch phone providers if necessary.
