can your facebook followers(who aren't ur friends) 'like' your pics on facebook and comment on them?
also is there an option which u can allow ur followers to like ur pics but not allowing them to comment?

i think so. but if you don't want them to, when it says- To: you can press "friends" and change it to a custom list of people. Hope that helps
