Also this is being recorded with a camera of some description then being shown to a flat mate of mine.

I believe this is indeed illegal in the United States but you CAN go to Iraq and nobody will care. If fact, they are probably in need of that.

Yes. It's any part of an under 18's genitalia being exposed while a camera is filming it.
It's child porn, definitely.
Just to clear up another answer, filming this and putting it online in itself might be legal in Iraq or another country, but it would still be considered illegal in the countries that have laws against it, regardless of where it was filmed or where the server that's hosting it online is located.
Either the government will try to take the website down, or they'll try to find a way to block access to it from within that country. Anyone possessing it is liable to be charged too, even you (even though you were the one in the video and you filmed it willingly).
