I really wanna purchase an smartphone from an online store but I don't have a credit card or bank account and too poor to have one. Can I pay them whithout credit card?

No. You can take some money like 20 bucks or whatever to a store Nd get a prepaid one for however much you want. No overdrafts or anything. That's what I do. Btw get an android not iphone. Lol

Credit cards and Paypal offer some buyer protection in clear cases of non delivery, debit or checks don't get you refunds.
Western Union is for suckers, only use it to get money from auntie, wiring cash to strangers on the internet is foolish.
Be very sure you are dealing with a legit business.
I agree, too poor for credit card = too poor for a smart phone.
My $40 prepaid phone has a touch screen, and can maintain service for $6.67 a month.
