Warez, and file sharing sites have low quality standards for advertisers and accept ads that instead of pitching a product mislead their users by presenting a "Download" button that may send them to the sign up page for an unrelated file service, the download site pages can become cluttered with a variety of Downliad and Play buttons advertisers using cheap ad networks have paid to place.

you can recognize advertisement by seeing text "ads" on it at the upper left corner.

Mostly you seen On few website have ads.These ads are website marketing ads CPC "Cost Per Click".When you will Click on ads. Ads admin will pay Amount on Site author .Ads owner will have to "Pay per Click" it will called PPC.
