My modem keeps shutting down and idk if it's my laptop or my modem fault. I've uninstalled norton and scan my laptop. This is really really annoying, ISP said there's no problem with them. It's just my laptop who get this problem, my dad's and brother's are working perfectly fine. If it does connect, it will last maybe for only 1 hour max. Please someone help me

Sorry for the trouble. Did you try connecting to another WIFI or a wired connection and see if the problem persists? If the problem persists, please run a scan using the free Norton Power Eraser tool and see if it detects any threat: http://www.Norton.com/npe
