No. I heard there's a lot of freaky stuff in there, like gore and pedofiles and people selling illegal shit. Also, the FBI and hackers are over there all the time. So, no, not safe at all.

Deep web is not what you seem to think it is.

It's not some illicit collection of web sites or illegal information. It's just the stuff that search engines like Google can't index like dynamic content, scripted content, etc.
