And I wanted to use Chrome for everything but now I cant when I click on a link. How can I change it to use chrome only and not browser?

I am sure you mixed up with the meaning of browser. There are many browsers such as Fire Fox, IE and Chrome. It's very simple procedure. Open chrome browser. On the upper right side click the control tab. Click on setting. A new windows will open for settings. Go all the way to the bottom of the page and click on (Make Google Chrome my default Browser).
