Your site should have fresh and most powerful contents along with the most appealing titles so that it attracts the online visitors at once in order to get huge number of web traffic. If your site's contents satisfies the readers they will come back to your site again. The more your site's contents will be liked and shared by a huge number of people, you will get more natural links pointing to your site which play a vital role in SEO ranking.

What the Free website webhosts don't tell you is that it is very difficult to get visitors, because the search engines just treat it as a sub domain.

I looked at 'Free Webhosting' and found it was too expensive, as it didn't bring results, so I have coffed up £150 for 3 years and have had no trouble so far, and I am starting to get regular visitors.

Check out this.

Read the Article on Free Web Hosting.

The site also advertises web hosting but shop around, I ended with Justhost, but that might not suit you, many will allow you to host for just a few months, which is a good way to dip your toe and see if they are for you.

This has some tips on content and layout.

This is my site, where incidentally I can say (within the bounds of legality) or do what I wish unhindered, except for time and laziness on my part.

unfortunately your website is very childish and you even spelt guarantee wrongly so it is highly unlikely anybody will bother asking you anything. People only ask questions from others who they regard as having lots of knowledge.
