I've wanted to start a blog recently, and I'd like to know which website is the best (for example, blogger).
I'd like a website that is easy to use, with few or no adds, and doesn't ask you to pay later on. Thanks for your help!

You can design it anyway you want. I have one. sometimes it asks to upgrade, but not often. It is the most flexible website creator

Tumblr, you can make your own theme, reblog pictures that you like, and follow a bunch of cool blogs. Also a ton of celebrities use it (Beyonce) and it's really fun (:
