Requirement:
I upload some PDF files, then I can search in the webpage by some keywords.
When I seach the keywords from the page, the relating PDF files will showing.
I heard Joomla is powerful but if there anybody can give me a brief idea?

if you have more back link from high PR site it search very well

You just need to know some basic thing to work with joomla. You can use wordpress also. Both are CMS(Content Management System)
