I would simply like to have a tab which shows all of the 9 communities with a link to their Facebook page.

Hi Kathryn, I have just the right app for you. It can add links to any number of other Facebook Pages, Groups or Profiles and in the former case even pull the cover image and number of likes in the link. If you're interested drop me a pm.
