how to seo on top, my site is raokhang.com, it was born a long time, and i seo key words "dang tin rao vat mien phi" . but it dont still on top google, anyone can help me? or guidle me clearly?

Try to update your content frequently, it must be unique, gather backlinks from trusted places like high PR social networks, you can easily create a blogs on platforms like blogspot, wordpress.com etc, write some unique articles and put there your backlinks, one per article will be enough. Don`t look spammy otherwise they will delete your blogs.
As I see your website has a performance problem it`s very bad, Google likes fast loading websites.
Avoid buying google pluses and likes, most of the people who selling them don`t use real profiles, that are profiles created only in one purpose (: Google and Facebook will closing them fast and if you will have too many sudden drops of pluses or likes it will have influence on your websites trust rank and the positions in Google as well.
Avoid duplicate content and build backlinks using guest posting also on blogs from your NICHE
