Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog, etc with so many social media marketing, is it better to do all of them or just stick with one? If it's better to do multiple ones, do I need to post different content on each one or is it ok to post the same?

Your blog is where you post your original content. Then you use the different social sites to drive traffic back to the content. Each one has a different application, so you should use them all.
