I want to enter Instagram giveaways but everytime I hashtag something it comes up on my picture but when I actually click the hashtag and it shows everyone's mine isn't there? why? and I'm not on private :/

Your picture is there, but every one else tagged their picture two, so yours is closer to the bottom. The most recent is at the top and the older ones are at the bottom! It's according to when the person tags the picture. So the less common the hash-tag is the more of a chance YOU will actually see yours when you click on it!
