hi i have very god idea and it's a website i can get the coders in my city i can hire them and build the website But how to protect it from anyone to misuse it I meant will there be Copyrights or Patents how to protect it and attain monopoly ??

Your software is automatically copyrighted (as a literary work), your original images as well. You would need a patent to protect any new and non-obvious inventions used or described on your website, for which you would need a properly qualified patent attorney.
Once a patent is issued, you can (in theory) enforce it to prevent others from making, using, selling or importing your claimed invention, but only in a country where you have successfully applied for and been granted a patent, and only if you have paid any maintenance fees to keep it "alive and enforceable."
