It's actually just an app in the appstore (if you didn't already know.) All you need to do is get the app, and make an account with it. It's just like a normal texting app, but it's much easier to use if you want to directly message someone. You can search usernames of your friends, or find them by mobile number. Just a regular messaging app. Nothing fancy.
