Hi Gerald
You can go doing keyword research with Google keywords planner tools or other tools like ubersuggest or word tracker to find long tail keywords Phrases.

Other Important way to find is analyze your Google analytic's account, select a date range and go to the site content tab, all pages therein select the site page and choose the second dimension as keywords. By this way you can find real time long tail keywords.

Another better option within the analytic's is choose the source for a landing page you want to check the keywords for, and choose traffic source as Google and select secondary dimension as keywords.
Another way would be, checking out for the competitor analysis tools and checking the keyword data.

Hope this answer helps you!
