you could check your keyword density for free by
step 1
downloading mozilla,
step 2
download seoquake
step 3
type in your url
step 4
select "density" from the seoquake toolbar (results shown)

Well checking manually would be the best option as I've tried many such tools but when compared with the ranks checked manually by me they differ in results.
